21 Arapiki Road	Self-contained Accommodation in an attractive garden setting. Centrally located in the Nelson area. The Abel Tasman National Park is a must and a day spent visiting it is as good as it gets and shouldn't be missed unless visitors are on a very limited schedule. Excellent 4 Wheel Drive adventure experience which is suitable for all ages. Sea-kayaking is huge in this area and there are several companys offering a range of options. The lifestyle aspect of this region has become important with excellent wineries to visit and many interesting restaurants and cafes both in Nelson itself and in interesting locations nearby.

Serendipity Boutique Bed & Breakfast
Port Hills	Serendipity Boutique Bed & Breakfast - This lovely old Victorian home sits in a quiet garden setting on the Port Hills just 2 km out of Nelson City. Offering views over Tasman Bay and the Inner harbour the spacious guest rooms have en-suite or private bathrooms. There is a guest lounge with log fire and plenty of books, games, TV, Video, HiFi, etc. The garden has a salt water pool and a Hot Tub (or Spa) for guest use. The scrumptious breakfasts are served on the sunporch and four harbour- side restaurants are just a five minute walk away. There is plenty of off-street parking
